    I would highly recommend Hassan to help with any of your home buying needs. He was able to help me close on a great condo in Prince George's county in only two months time. I met Hassan through a friend from work. When I first talked to him I had no idea about the home buying process. He spent almost two hours the first time we met explaining the entire process and exactly what I needed to do. He also made it clear that if I was not comfortable I could go with someone else. He spent all this time helping me even though I was not his client yet. He helped me come up with a maximum purchasing price and we discussed all of the finances that go into buying a condo. He also asked a lot of questions about things I was looking for in a home. There were so many things that I didn't even consider and from there he narrowed down places that would fulfill my needs. Hassan was always on time and we saw five different places. The most important thing about Hassan is his great communication skills and he always let me know when things need to be completed as well as what is coming next. He has worked in the industry for a long time so he was able to give me information about whomever I needed to talk, such as possible lenders, cleaning companies, and inspection agencies. Basically Hassan will be with you every step of the way and will always make time for you 24-7. I know for a fact that anyone that uses Hassan's services will be very impressed.
